text: On the day of my arrival Tanhai had already received a small piece of head through Chinyang's mediation as I had given him a bigger piece which he had promised to divide between the Aukheang morung and Tanhai and Chingphoi. That was on December the 18th. Now Tanhai invited me to watch the final ceremony which they do with the head. Chinyang who was also invited together with several Aukheang men went home already yesterday as apparently the outstanding eating and drinking with delights attracted him, so I started off with Nlamo on our own in wonderful cool weather.
