text: After my tour through the Abor Mountains I am now happy to be back in Wakching and will probably not leave the territory of the Konyak again until my final departure. I had not planned now to go to Wakching but to undertake instead a tour to the two small colonies of Namsang, to Anaki and to Namsang itself. However, as Smith the S.D.O. of the Mokokchung Sub-division comes to Wakching on the 17th I postponed this trip and am now rather glad about it as the weather has turned considerably for the worse during the last few days.
