In the morning there still was a fine drizzle coming down and when I went into the village with Chingai it was heavy fog. I settled down in the Long-shai morung where there were a lot of young and some older men sitting around. Today a strict genna is observed. Only the women get water and wood in the morning, otherwise all work is suspended for the entire day.
