text: Monda had brought a chunga in his load which he now broke. Inside were three little cakes of tobacco leaves, hard baked, dark brown and solid, but of quite a pleasant aroma. This Naga tobacco is first rolled in the hand, then is pressed into chungas and dried over the hearth. However it is not so much smoked as chewed with pan leaves.
