text: (193) The Konyak have the same concept of Ghawang as all other Konyak while for the Ao the idea of a sky deity seems to be less in the foreground. But after some questioning they admit that Meiutsungba is basically the same god as Gagang but no sacrifices are made to him. Here too Lichaba is the earth deity of the Ao.
