text: Divorce is much easier in Longkhai than in Wakching. A man can send away his wife without any difficulties and he only has to give her a dao as compensation. Polygamy is restricted to the people of the Ang clan as well. Burial is different from Wakching in so far as the whole village holds a genna for one day while in Wakching it is only the more immediate relatives who keep a genna.
