text: | We also saw two old women making pots in Longkhai. The clay is first pounded and mixed with water, then a lump is made and an oval-shaped stone is forced in with the help of a pestle. Once the opening is big enough, they start flattening out the wall for which the stone is held against the wall inside and the woman thins it out on the outside by making numerous little strokes with a flat piece of wood |
