text: Several pots and two metal containers of clear rice beer (yu) stand in front of the morung and a young man is just now emptying a pot into a wide open metal bowl from the plains. The men then fill their drinking vessels from this bowl but some have brought along their own bottle of beer as well. Dzemang says that they have to drink in order to dance properly. Everyone wants me to drink from their rice beer as well.
