text: The gaonburas unanimously agree that formerly it was not customary to have a marriage between Angban on the one hand and Oukheang and Thepong on the other. The Angban people sought their partners exclusively in the Balang and Bala, but finally the custom was abandoned because of the numbers of Oukheang and Thepong people.
