text: The Longkhai people came originally from Joboka (or this direction), but their Ang's died out so they got an Ang from Mon.

text: MAUWANG'S sister, Ashin married the small Ang of Lengha. When MAUWANG dies his brother WANKU becomes Ang, after WANKU an Ang from Mon will come.
text: (57) In Longkhai the Ou-nie-bu is called Cha-wem-bu. (Cha = rice (dhan)).
text: Old story about Longkhai Angs:
text: The Ang gets the head of every game killed. Once the Ben people killed a stag. The small Ang said: "The head belongs to me", took it and eat it. Then the Great Ang drove him away.
text: During Mai-bong-bu the women of other villages (Tanhai for example) come to Longkhai and dance, then the Longkhai men visit these villages.
