Daushing, of Dzon-nok clan and Totang morung, goes first to the Ang's house where he receives some cooked rice and meat and madhu which he takes to the Ang's field-house. In front of the field-house is a place for sacrifices (wum-dzong). Daushing has brought (2) pieces of all the different parts of the pig (heart, liver, ham, tongue), with these he makes small bundles fastened in leaves. He fastened those bundles and a leaf cup with madhu and some rice to some sticks at this place. [konyak] (3) There were two mythical women who got rice by scratching their hair, they went to the Ao country and to the Lhota country and died there. Where these two people went, people get plenty of crops, where they havn't been crops are scarce. The name of these women is Shu-niu, they put (4) sticks into the ground like bamboos but growing down into the ground and then bending and coming up again. Where these women died is much rice. |

The Tepwang-nok family which provided the "Tevo" in Wakching has died out. On the day in which in former times the Tep-won-nok made the field-house building ceremony now all villagers stay in the village. The next day the (5) old men go to the fields and build the field houses. |

When Daushing comes back from the fields he goes to the Ang's house and eats there, then he goes to his own house. |

Some of the people then kill pigs, often several households subscribe for one and share it. The pigs are killed by the oldest man of the sib with a panji and says: [konyak] |

(9) On the 2nd day they sprinkle the blood of the pig, mixed with yeast (a sort of yeast for making madhu), in the house and on all implements and so on. First they tie special sorts of jungle leaves to the house posts and the skulls of animals, and then sprinkle a little of the mixture on these leaves. This is done on the second genna day. |

On the first day the people are only allowed to pound rice until Dauching (sic) has come back from the fields (now at (10) 1p.m. he has not come back yet), after he has come back it is genna to pound rice till the Ou-nie-bu is over. |
