text: | The Ang takes part in the activities of the Neangbas. There is one Benba in the Ang-nau, that of the Ou-hui has died and no succession would be found. The Benba kills the animal at the rebuilding of the Morung and starts thatching the ridges. (17) Chingtang was founded by the Ang-bu-hu and Dzing-ou-ha; they built at once two morungs. Dzu-hu came a little later. A man of Ang-bu-hu builds the first field house. A Dzuhu man does the first sowing. The first reaping is done by all the Ang people, men and women. Chingtang makes the Oulingbu one month before Wakching. |
