A stone circle is erected by one rich man. Somebody else may help him in the expenses. Anybody may sit on the stones. They are used as dancing placed and as "courts". (5) A man must first drag stones before he can make a stone circle. |

19 cows were sacrificed during one genna. First a man must perform six gennas before he can erect a stone circle. A man must make gennas for his father, mother, sisters, brothers, if they die. For each of them he erects a stone and tallies for his father. A man can erect stones for his grandfather (6) if his father did not erect them. A man who makes a stone circle must feast all the villagers three times. (Before that he must have made 5 gennas with stone-dragging). |
