text: 3rd Sema incest case
text: Though it is perfectly clear that Satoi is the father of the child, the girl pretended Sahozu had had intercourse with her on a special day while going down to the fields. Sahozu (9) denies that and is supported by two witnesses who had been with them in the fields at the day in question. Khehovi simply ignores the evident guilt of his son, and tries to push all the blame on Sahozu. But the brothers of Satoi would give in their life in an oath sworn by Satoi, because they know perfectly well that he is the father. Custom doesn't offer any solution for the case, for as all customs and gennas are broken, the case is somehow outside custom.
