We had brought lunch with us, and Bordolai thought we should not eat it in front of the boys in the morung, as there would not be enough to give any food away. So we went to the police outpost and ate there. We had hardly finished when a terrific (37) downpour with lightning and thunder started. The sky was suddenly dark and clouds veiled the landscape. I thought we might be in for two or three days rain, but the downpour stopped almost as suddenly as it had started.
