text: Kepalo, though a colony of Hasoichak is probably one of the old village-site which was easily defendable. The people still conform to Hasoichak custom, and when some 15 years Hasoichak abandoned the practice of driving out the ghosts of the dead once a year, the rite called Hkakngui described in "Naga Path" Kepalo followed suit.
