text: Hegesimba is the 'owner' of the Inkankianga morung. His father was also morung owner. There is one Kadepeo. He is of Indrame clan. His forefathers were too. The selection to morung membership is as in other villages though brothers could be of different morungs. There were sometimes fights between morungs. Sometimes all morungs went hunting together, sometimes only one morung. On raids, against Angamis only, all the men went together irrespective of morung. No raids occurred in the days of the gaonbura nor in his father's time. The Indriame clan has some separate clan lands. Kepelo was abolished some 30 years ago as colony of Hosaichak. When Hosaichak gave up the Hkakngi role (to drive out ghosts) some 15 years, Kepeli (sic) also gave up.
