text: Left Kohima with Commissioner for Sakhabama. The Thenezuma G.B's applied for land on the Sakhabama Tilas. I refused it. An order will issue to the Goalas at Sakhabama through the Mauzadar that any goala found grazing across the Sidzu will be turned out of the district. There are too many goalas at Sakhabama for the land reserved.
