text: Halted Bagtimukh. The Dayang will probably stay muddy now until I leave. An ex-mate of the Naga Labour Corps raised the question as to whether he and all other ex-mates should have red cloths. They were not given then when they returned as there was only enough for the havildars. I fancy stocks are very short as it is and that it would need an extra grant to do it. It is rather late in the day to raise the question.
