text: Returned Kohima. The road is unnecessarily stony. The loose stones should be cleared away and the big stones lying loose in the middles of the Irish bridges put back in their places, or removed. The Inspection Bungalow's durries should be beaten properly and the latrine rebuilt in a new place, or if that is impossible cleaned out. There should be some sort of division in the stable to make at least one separate stall.
