text: To Ghukiya. The first mile and a half of the by-road from Sakhalu to Ghukiya is a disgrace. It appears as though not attended to for a couple of years. After the 2nd mile post however some cutting has been done and the road is wider and better kept. All that has been done has been done very lately indeed, probably since Hozheto was made muhurrir, and was probably absolutely necessary to keep the road open at all.
text: Heard cases from 2 pm to 9.0.
text: As usual the most knotty ones are questions of the men of chiefs running away.
