text: The Moemi G.B.'s came forward with a complaint against one Yehovi of their village who with 12 others lives between the two khels and gives no help with rice, coolies etc. to either of them. He also gets commission on the revenue of these 12 to which he is not entitled being no G.B. and not even exempted himself or getting any cloth. I have ordered that he and the other 12 houses in this group will be regarded in future as part of the upper khel of Iomi and under the G.B. of that khel. Heard many cases.
