Halted at Kilomi. Heard a number of cases and went over and recorded the boundaries between Kilomi and Cheswelima defined last year by Mr. Cantlie on a decision of Col. Woods. Kilomi have suffered considerably in many boundary disputes and I have offered them a site near the plains for 30 houses. The offer remains until November 1st, but Kilomi are unwilling to go unless all can go and I have not room for all. |
