text: To Zubza. The Inspection Bungalow was very dusty and unswept and the Chaukidar said that he had no jharons. While my joppas were waiting in the early morning (some having been sent overnight) one was ripped open by someone at Zubza and all the Sais' brass dishes stolen. Probably a Sema or a Khonoma man did it. The Inspection Bungalow compound overgrown and untidy.
