text: To Piphima. On the way I went into the Kerufima - Piphima boundary case. It is quite clear that Piphima have transgressed the orders given by Mr. Webster when Deputy Commissioner, but I am inclined to think that their half of the land then divided was considerably less than half in jhuming value. Kerufima do not contest Piphima's case for a revision but take their stand on the sacrosanctity of orders once passed by Deputy Commissioner and not appealed against. Also it is exceedingly difficult to find any land mark for division of the land other than the cart road which is the present boundary.
