text: To Dimapur. On the way I inspected the Nichuguard Outpost. There has been a Kani-puja held at Dimapur. It is certainly of a religious nature as it was held to facilitate the recovery of a woman from sickness, and two Semas, invited by the Celebrant to a meal, took part. Disposed of a considerable dak at Dimapur.
