text: To Mozema where I went to see the site which used to be reserved to separate the Upper from the Lower Vihotsuma khels. Now that they have been allowed to return they have raised the question of getting back all their old sites irrespective of orders for the compulsory vacation of some of them I have passed the following order:-
text: The Upper and Lower Vihotsuma clans of Mozema may return to all their own sites (previous orders against the occupation of certain sites not withstanding) provided that (a) the two Gaonburas appear before me within three days and state that this is the wish of both clans.
text: (b) It is understood that any serious dispute between the two clans, or any trifling dispute between them which leads to an affray at all, will be made the occasion of again reserving the area called Visali-Kezhu, which actually belongs to Government, of ejecting all the occupants, and of ordering all persons of the upper khel living below that site to remove to above it, and all persons of the lower khel living above it to remove to below this area. The persons who wish to occupy the site of the School will have to find a new and suitable site and build a new School house.
text: Thence to Jotsoma and Kohima.
