text: To Primi which I assessed on the same plan as Melomi. Primi is very poor in cash and they may have some difficulty about raising the actual number of rupees, even while only half is required in cash. Their only manufacture is a few daos and they buy all their cloths from outside, and at present are buying paddy as well, giving in exchange daos, chickens, pigs etc. The "Rhino Horn" 50 miles a little east of north, as the crow flies, was clearly visible from here.
text: I went to the fort which seemed in good order and is rationed up to December 6th.
