text: To Phozami, which I assessed at Rs 230/-, half only to be paid in cash this year. I shall be able to take out the rest on the bridle path extension to Layshi or on work in widening the existing path and bridges etc. The temporary iron bridge on the Tizu is open and though very light is quite adequate. The real name of Phozami is Yekara, of Phozanasami Yisisu.
