text: To Themokidima, the first five miles in heavy rain, and a drizzle for half the way.
text: Near Themokidi (probably in the 2nd mile out on the Wokha direction) the path has subsided and left a steep bit which is in very bad order. An Irish bridge has also lost most of its stones near the same place.
text: Kotsoma have the perennial cattle trespass case, and Pungittung complain that Illimimo has broken my orders as regards fishing in the river that divides their lands, another dispute that dates to prehistoric times.
text: Themokidima complain that they have not been paid for road work and for repairs to the buildings now more than a year old. The buildings repaired are already needing it again. A year is probably an exaggeration, but it is clearly a much longer time than it ought to be.
text: The Lozema by-road is still maintained. I think it was time this was given up. It is never used.
