Razama asked for a school. Normally I can open ten new ones yearly but this year economy has prevented it. I do not know whether the Director of Public Instruction will have funds for it next year or not. Razama is a big village and a proper one to have a school - if any village is. It was very cold at night and water in a puddle near my tent froze over. |
