text: To Zubza, where I inspected the Civil Police Outpost. I do not hear of the recrudescence of road dacoities that took place last year apparently, but some Sachema men including one Mekibili stripped an inoffensive Manipuri cart man of his shirt some days ago on a plea that his cattle had damaged their crops, but they could not point out the damage to the police.
