text: Halted Tesangki. The Kukis here want to make panikhets, but Jossama, who have not used the land, refuse to relinquish it. I have given them till March 1st 1929 to make the land into panikhets themselves. If they fail to do so the land will be valued and the Kukis will pay for it and be allowed to make it into panikhets. Should they desert them Jossama will have the right to repurchase.
