text: 9th. Visited Phesama and Pfuchama to settle their grazing dispute. Settlement recorded as a political case. Visited the schools of both villages and tested them in arithmetic. Counted Pfuchama and returned direct to Kohima. Very heavy rain on the way from Phesama to Pfuchama.
