text: Halted Mokokchung. Busy with last preparations for the transfrontier tour. Totok and Chi were in and Totok made futile excuses for not bringing in the young men who had attacked Chi contrary to orders. I made it clear that I would stand no nonsense, and that the men must be waiting for me in Mokokchung when I get back.
