text: Halted. A day of goodbyes. Major Williams left for Kohima. Two of the three wanted Totok men were in and I dealt with them. The third is absconding, chiefly through the slackness of Apam, one of the gaonburas of Totok, and a clever rogue. So I locked Apam up.
