Payments to Losama for sepoys-loads. I made payments all the way from Phekrokejuma to Kekrima going and coming. They had no chits but the coolies were supplied this year to sepoys not able to write. Counted 2 khels. Another complaint of the wrong man getting the Rs 100/- for the death of a Kuki Operations-coolie. These disputes are inevitable.
