text: These two days are part of my journey on private affairs to Shillong and so I do not put them in for T.A. but as I did work in Dimapur of general inspection and settling small matters and put them down as 2 touring days. Zubza garden is a Naboth's vineyard for the P.W.D. - a fresh letter about it. Drain making and planning occupied me in.
