text: Returned Lakema. The Goanburas of Jalukema, Berrima, Soget, Thengol and Songlu came to see me. Soget and Sinjol have a land dispute. Sinjol is not satisfied with Anam's decision last year and threaten to cultivate land which Anam assigned to Soget although it did not come to Kohima to protest against Anam's decision. The papers must be seen. Meanwhile Sinjol is to cultivate. I counted Lakema. They had only a half crop last year. There is very little panikhet as the water is scarce. On the other hand they keep a large grazing area.
