If the ground in a field cracks through drought or other causes, this genna must be performed, and also if a log left lying in the jhums sinks into the ground a little (as sometimes happens in the rains) or if a tree at the edge of the jhums falls forward into them. (R.G.)

It is performed with a mithan or a big pig, and the names of the "bara-deo" are invoked. Done by the tingkhupeo.
