text: 2. On tent-shaped knoll south of Laisong, at the head of the Jenam gorge and on the west bank of the stream; about 2 miles from Laisong village. The site is on the precipitous S.E. spur of the knoll. There are bank and ditch defences across the narrowest part of the spur, below the house-platforms, and the whole eastern side of the site is protected by a vertical cliff. "Gareo" bamboos on site.
