On the 20th we marched for Kezakhenoma, and after a great deal of talking, Major Roma Sing said the guard and coolies with Colonel Thomson might go as far as that village, but not an inch beyond, and were to return to him should the two Political Agents go on any further. these orders undoubtedly proceeded from the Raja, as Roma Sing then stated. |
