Wednesday 12th.

text:

Returned to Golaghat. Found that the Colonel had gone off that morning to the Hills again. Ogle was at Golaghat. Found letters from Col. Thuillier asking for explanation about telegram to Pioneer. Breakfast with Ogle. After wrote letters to T and others. Went out for strole. Visited Butler's grave. Stevenson returned in evening to dinner. Ogle dined with Matthews.
