text: Service brings to his notice that a parcel containing maps urgently required, which was despatched from Calcutta on 13th November was not received in Golaghat till the 12th December. Also encloses covers of three papers (5) showing that though they left Allahabad on the 25th November, they did not reach Golaghat till the 20th December. R.G. Woodthorpe.
