18th December, Sunday. Halted. In the course of the day I received a visit from Mr Ogle, the Assistant Surveyor deputed to map out the boundary between Munnipur and Assam, who informed me he had arrived in Golaghat on Saturday afternoon and hope to continue his route to Samaguting as soon as ever he could obtain carriage. |
