text: 16th January, Monday. Moved camp to Merhemah or Muramkhorlel. Our road this time led close under the village of Pojuma and was much shorter than, though not nearly so good as, that we came by last year. I fancy we must have come between 9 and 10 miles. On the road I received a letter from Dr. Brown informing me of his intention to return to Munneepur until he heard of the arrival of the Boundary Commissioner.
