21st November. Having received a demi-official note last night from the Commissioner forwarding me on a telegram for the Deputy Commissioner of Cachar regarding Hoting-Mangthado Thangleh at best to make an effort to come on and so marched into Horiojan. The fever has apparently left me but I feel precious weak. |
