text: | 29th February, Thursday. Moved camp to-day to Cheswemah - distance about 7 miles, road fair. Cheswemah is a small village containing only 52 houses and is consequently at peace with all its neighbours. It is situated on a fine open range, continuation of the one on which Kohimah stands. |
