text: | 19th March. Today we moved our united camps into a small valley off the Iril and about an hour's walk from the Tankhul Naga village of Laisen. En route and on the ridge running between the Ihang and the Iril we passed through the small Tankhul village of Lungga where I learnt from a most communicative young Naga that the terms Tangkhun or Tankhul and Lohipa refer to one of the same tribe. |
