text: 35. The demand for impressed labour was lighter than every during 1888-89. The following table shows the number of coolies supplied to the different departments from the sadr sub-division in 1888-89, as compared with the preceding two years, omitting the coolies impressed otherwise than by direct application to the Deputy-Commissioner:-
